Noble Prize?

Nobel Pizza Prize 2I’ve been away for awhile as a piece of my equipment wasn’t working right. It was my brain. I sat there in awe as Libs, Dems and Hollyweirds magnanimously want to give Roman Polanski a pass on drugging and raping a 13 year old girl 32 years ago.

Polanski was initially charged with [53] with six counts: “Furnishing Quaaludes to a Minor”, “Child Molesting”, “Rape by the use of Drugs”, “Sodomy“, “Oral Copulation” and “Unlawful Sexual Intercourse”. These charges were dismissed under the terms of his plea bargain, and he pleaded guilty to the lesser charge of engaging in unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor. (from Wikipedia)

He skipped the country to avoid his punishment which had already been diminished to next to nothing through a plea bargain deal. Now when there is the opportunity to bring him back to face the balance of his sentence, the Libs want us to “leave him alone.”

Then my head was spinning with the “Letter Gate” story involving Letterman and members of his hapless staff receiving benefit from both his member and staff. Frankly, I don’t care that David dips his quill in the company ink (whether with an “or else” of not), but I take great offense at such an obvious example of Low Life lambasting others about their lifestyles; top of the list being Sarah Palin. What a hypocritical piece of excrement to even suggest someone else, anyone else, should be “analyzed” as to the way they live.

To add to the disbelief of where this society is heading was then the audience reaction at Letterman’s show for his “comic relief apology” (to his wife), they were cheering him on! The night he announced the indiscretions the laughter and applause could be excused as predetermined reaction to what they thought was going to be a humor oriented story. To receive “fan appreciation” for such on the next show was mind boggling. What in the world is going on in our society that that much of a crowd thinks Letterman’s behavior smoldering in hypocrisy is funny and worthy of accolade?

Now comes a new view with the Nobel Prize committee awarding the Peace Prize to Barack Obama. I know I am not the only one asking, “For What?” It turns out the answer was simple: “Barack Obama received the Nobel Peace Prize not for his achievements, but for what he represents – hope.” (National Post). There ya go. Not heart, not courage, not physical accountable accomplishment…hope. So the greatest country in the world not only gets to swirl down this guy’s toilet bowl of rhetoric, but it looks like a good part of the rest of the world wants some of the blue bowl koolaid too!

What we are learning here is that according to Libs, drugging and raping teenagers is…OK. Screwing people at the work place when you are their boss, you already have a child with the girlfriend, finally, wife, and criticizing everyone else about their lifestyle on prime time TV…OK. And accomplishing nothing substantial except in cahoots with a biased, corrupt and illegal community service group (Acorn) to thereby be worthy of a Nobel Peace Prize…OK.

I take it back, being elected President of the United States on the wings of, not a prayer, but…hope, is a substantial accomplishment…and we all get to pay dearly for it, including now the rest of the world. I hope you all like it.
